Alayyafo da aka bushe ta hanyar halitta ko hanyar busar da wucin gadi, ruwa a cikin alayyafo don rage yawan abubuwan da ke narkewa, don hana ayyukan ƙwayoyin cuta, amma kuma zai iya yin wasa don hana aikin enzyme na alayyafo kanta, don samfurin za'a iya adana shi na dogon lokaci.Da alayyafo mai ruwa ba kawai yana da tsawon rai ba, amma kuma yana da ƙarami kaɗan, mai nauyi cikin nauyi, mai sauƙin ɗauka da jigilar kaya.
