BAYANI A KAN KAYAN KAYA:

Coriander wani nau'in kayan lambu ne wanda mutane suka saba dashi. Yayi kama da seleri. Ganyensa kanana ne masu taushi. Tushenta siriri ne da kamshi. Coriander shine kayan dandano a miya da abin sha, wanda galibi ana amfani dashi don sanya dandano salatin, ko kayan zafi, abincin noodle dan inganta dandano. Ganyen Coriander mai daɗi da sabbin ganyayyaki suna da dandano na musamman, wanda galibi ake amfani da shi don ado da inganta ɗanɗano na jita-jita. Yana daya daga cikin kyawawan kayan marmari da mutane suke son ci.

AYYUKAN:

Coriander yana dauke da sinadarin bitamin C mai yawa, carotene, bitamin B1, B2, da kuma ma'adanai masu yawa kamar su calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium malate da sauransu. Kuma adadin bitamin C a cikin kwandon ya fi na kayan lambu na yau da kullun girma.

Aikace-aikace:

Coriander ƙamshi ne mai yaji, kodayake ba shine babban darasi ba, amma yawanci mutane abinci ne mai mahimmanci kayan ƙanshi.

Mafi yawanci ana cinsa azaman kayan ƙanshi, amma kuma za'a iya soyayyen azaman cikawa, ko kuma tsinken cilantro.
